to better sell themselves and their ideas by employing appropriate
writing techniques. To cater for general business writing and
specifically report writing using a prescribed format |

the end of the training, participants will be able to:

- Apply modern
business writing functions, formats and key strategies to
their memos, letters and reports
- Use the
appropriate style and tone to match their message
- Produce more
effective reports and proposals to get their message across
using a prescribed format
